Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Custom Orders processed here will take 5-10 business days to produce. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How do I customize my order? /Is there a charge to make a design for me?
After the deposit is made ($10) you can email your idea to us to support@ravejersey.com.
A professional graphic designer will be handling your request and will make sure you get exactly what you had in mind, you can adjust the artwork as many times as you want because you are able to see a preview of the requested design before finalizing the order.
There is no limit to what we can do.
My artwork needs some “touch-up.” Is there a charge for that?
Yes, there will be an artwork charge. The charge is determined by the level of “touch-up” that your design will require.
Do we make reflective or embroided ?
Yes, we definitely do.
